Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

As a Customer Service Representative here at DPS Tableware Ltd, you’ll be leading customer interactions, keeping things smooth and friendly.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Processing customer orders accurately through Sage200
  • Handling returns and breakages
  • Liaising with couriers daily
  • Resolving order discrepancies so customers stay smiling
  • Answering customer queries
  • Running reports to keep everything shipshape behind the scenes
  • Providing quotations to customers
  • Greeting occasional guests at reception
  • Processing card payments
  • Arranging collections with couriers
  • Taking phone calls and general enquiries
