We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Duties:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Utilize data entry skills to input customer details accurately
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, or chat
- Assist with sales inquiries and promotions
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to analyze and solve problems effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Experience in outbound calling is preferred but not required
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail for accurate data entry
- Computer skills required with the ability to navigate a variety of apps that you will be trained in using.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
