CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (DUBAI)
As a customer service representative, you have a leading role in managing and growing your customer portfolio. You are the first point of contact for your customers and ensure optimal customer satisfaction. In this role, you will coordinate the communication between the planners and customers and monitor the progress of operational processes.
You will be responsible for accurate administration of orders and invoicing. You have a passion for customer contact and know how to build lasting relationships with various customers. You show initiative and innovativeness to increase the quality of service. You not only think along with the customer, but also with the organisation. You actively contribute to the innovation of the internal processes within Van den Bosch, one of the company’s most important core values.
As the first point of contact for after-sales inquiries, you will manage your own customer base while processing their requests efficiently. This role requires you to apply and develop your organizational and communication skills as you constantly coordinate between the Sales and Coordinators teams.
You will proactively identify potential issues, collaborate with customers to find solutions, and resolve their queries promptly. Additionally, you will contribute to improving our current processes by sharing your insights and ideas.
