SALES CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST

The Customer Sales & Service Team puts a human face on all of Eagle Crest’s customer touchpoints. You’ll be responsible for keying new orders, assisting the sales manager with administrative tasks, managing email, answering sales reps questions, and assisting customers with product and order status questions – as well as being a point-of-contact to resolve the occasional issue that may arise. You’ll get to know our product line and become an expert at advising customers. You’re going to be empowered to WOW our customers. This position requires a good working knowledge of Excel, Word, and database entry skills.
We’ll give you the training and tools to perform in a fast-paced, multitasking environment. We’re looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and overachieving star who is looking to join our team with the opportunity to grow with the company.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
  • Experience working with customer support.
  • Previous experience in data entry, customer service, call center, collections, or other related fields
  • Excellent typing skills
  • Proficiency working on a computer
  • Proficiency working with Microsoft Products such as Word and Excel
  • Confident with Phone Inquiries
  • A responsible and conscientious nature

    You must have experience in an office setting and must possess above average computer skills. Must be a team player and most of all, you must be organized. You will be required to work with direction as well as work independently.
Responsibilities

  • Recommend possible products to meet the customers’ needs.
  • Refer issues and questions to managers if necessary.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
  • Reach out to customer on short pays and past due invoice as instructed by accounting,
  • Create purchase orders and order product online for custom orders when needed.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
