Description Title: Customer Service Representative - Sales Department(s): Office Reports to: Sales Manager Job Summary: The customer service representative will be responsible for helping customers by providing product/service information, quoting, placing/scheduling orders and resolving issues. Essential job functions: Handle customer inquiries by email, phone. Data Entry Quoting, placing and scheduling orders provided by large customer base Provide information about the products and services Resolve customer issues and concerns Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services Manage files, update paperwork, distribute communications in a timely manner. Maintaining and growing customer relationships. Requirements Qualifications: Minimum Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields preferred High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred Ability to build rapport with clients Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast paced office environment Positive and professional demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills Prior experience in inside sales, customer service, or order processing Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and other relevant software
