Description
In this position you will provide a single point of contact for commercial support to Sales Engineering and Product Lines. Full fill order management related activities for Sales and PL Drive customer requests by delivering exceptional Customer Service. Identify and implement processes or improvements to current processes as needed. Follow up Change Management as needed. Facilitate proper and efficient information flow in an effort to meet or exceed customer needs and departmental. Ability to handle high-pressure, fast-paced environment requiring diligence to detail. Proven analytical and critical thinking skills. Ability to constructively manage conflicts and discrepancies towards positive resolution. Prioritizing customer demand to assist with improved product flow. Work with finance team to resolve customer credit requests. Back Order and Back Log Analysis. Maintain daily reports status and follow up. High school diploma required Minimum 2 years of customer service experience No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of the work location will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation. Position Criteria: Knowledge of Office packages (excel, word, ppt)
