Description
Acting as a link between the company's HAC business and the customer, handling all matters for the customer from order to delivery 1.Create and maintain SAP part numbers to ensure accurate and up-to-date system data. 2.Act as the primary liaison between customers and the company, responding to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. 3.Establish and execute the order entry process for HAC business, including: a.Submit EUD documentation to the compliance to meet regulatory requirements b. Issue IC orders to plants and monitor progress c. Provide Order Acknowledgement/Order Confirmation to customers promptly d. Coordinate with plant planners on ETO related requirements e. Communicate with customers regarding delivery arrangements to ensure on-time shipment f. Handle RMA processes in collaboration with plants 4.Develop and manage material planning based on order demand and inventory levels to ensure smooth supply chain operations. 5.Coordinate internal resources to meet customer requirements and maintain high satisfaction levels. 6.Continuously improve order processing and customer service workflows for greater efficiency. 7.Ensure all activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
