What you’ll do: The Customer Service Representative is the face of the organization to all our customers and is responsible for coordinating Order receipts and entry, production scheduling and changes in accordance with customer requirements, monitoring delivery performance and interacting with Customer procurement teams through all available channels/mediums. "• Processing, checking of orders, incoming orders • Coordination with shared services team • Contract review / orders • Delivery date tracking with customers: On Time Delivery • Regular telephone contact with customers to establish / develop a positive business relationship • Customer support for inquiries, complaints, appointment requests, etc. • Processing of open invoices (DSO, credits & debits) in cooperation with QA & accounting • Required project work for the relevant customer projects • Customer visits - if required as part of projects • Collaboration in the EBS area (e.g. MESH, CI, Customer Centricity etc.) • Preparatory work and reporting on customer development as well as margin and sales target fulfillment (e.g. SIOP, BOS, profit plan, end-of-month reports) • Support in clarifying US and other export regulations, such as ITAR • Support in drawing up long-term contracts for the customers we serve • Preparatory work for applying for export licenses, maintaining the data in the ERP system • Fill out and edit export control sheets • Use and maintenance of the complaint management system • Assumption of responsibility for project or special tasks" Qualifications: Minimum regular Graduate Degree from recognized College/University Minimum 5-6 Years of Customer Service experience, preferrably in the Aerospace Manufacturing Industry Skills: "Knowledge and experience in using Office Software Knowledge/experience in using ERP systems Familiarty with International freight & Logistics Knowledge / Experience with Aerospace standards NADCAP, AS9100 etc is preferred. Excellent communication and English language skills is a must. Ability to proactively coordinate with cross functional teams towards desired goals.
