Successfully completed commercial training (ideally as an industrial clerk)
Experience in customer service
Proficient use of MS Office programs; good Excel skills are desirable.
Experience with SAP is an advantage.
Good English skills, both spoken and written.
Strong service and customer orientation as well as good communication skills
Confident and poised demeanor, as well as teamwork skills and commitment.
