Description POSITION SUMMARY: The Customer Service Representative will play a crucial role in building strong customer relationships. This position involves managing in-bound and outbound sales and support activities, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the sales team to achieve targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of wire harness products and the ability to effectively communicate technical information to customers. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Customer onboarding: Customer Service. Entering Sales Orders for new assemblies Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels. Provide detailed product information and technical support to customers. Support the Sales staff by preparation and delivery of quotes, proposals, and sales presentations. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Assist in the preparation of sales reports and forecasts. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving any issues or concerns. Requirements Required: Proven customer service experience, preferably in the manufacturing or wire harness industry. Strong understanding of wire harness products and their applications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Preferred: · Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
