You’ll work to resolve the customers’ inquiries, whether it’s getting answers for customers quickly, consulting on products with compassion or resolving their issues with a smile. You’ll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or exceptional, facilitating effortless resolution. You'll report to a Team Lead. You’ll contribute to the success of the customer experience as well as the overall success of the team. During a Typical Day, You’ll Answer incoming calls from U.S.-based customers for the largest home improvement retailer in the United States Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools, methods, and processes Some upselling of products or services to existing customers may be required What You Bring to the Role Fluent in English (B2 level) Minimum 1 year of US voice customer service experience required High school diploma or equivalent Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications Professionalism, positivity, and a supportive attitude while being eager to learn new skills and processes Comfortable working in 24*7 environment.
