Description Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned as needed): Using proper telephone etiquette and techniques to answer customer calls in a timely, polite and professional manner Ensure a high degree of accuracy while processing customer requests Proper booking of technicians and installers within Estes Services scheduling system Assist dispatchers and management with scheduling of technicians and installers Efficiently and professionally respond quickly to customer problems and provide solutions Utilizes established pricing for services and agreements Suggestive selling capabilities through outbound/inbound calls to help build the Estes Services performance maintenance agreement customer base and increase company revenues Typically focuses on queue phone calls and basic customer service issues Requirements Requirements/Education: Applicants must have at least a High School Diploma or GED 0 – 2 years Customer Service Representative or equivalent experience Associates degree is preferred Technical Competencies: Phone system operation Basic operating system proficiency General industry or company knowledge Basic HVAC, plumbing, and electrical knowledge Excellent typing skills Competencies Required: Customer Focus Action Oriented Functional/Technical Skills Listening Integrity and Trust Physical demand Ability to sit and type at computer station for long periods of time Ability to operate/use call center style telephone and headset Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. Must be able to execute all of the above functions and meet all of the above demands safely, posing no threat to themselves or those around them while doing so, and must willingly comply with applicable safety regulations in the completion of all work.
