POSITION PROFILE:

The Customer Service Representative will serve as the main point of contact for the Saluda Europe field team. The primary responsibility of this position is to facilitate the order processing and shipment of goods to meet customer orders from both internal and external clients.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in using customer service software and databases.
  • Positivity, Adaptability, Accountability.
  • Technical proficiency and teamwork are highly developed personality traits.
  • Experience with and commitment to working in a QA controlled environment.

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in and an aptitude for customer service, ideally in the medical device industry.
  • Experience with Microsoft applications and MRP/ERP software.
  • Experience with customer purchasing departments, order processing and payment chasing.
  • Additional languages such as German, French or Dutch.
