Eversure Ltd has an exciting opportunity for an energetic person who wants to develop a career within the insurance industry and financial services. We are a rapidly expanding and ambitious digital insurance broker that currently employs 35 people in the UK. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who wants to join our customer service team and drive great service across multiple platforms.
As a customer service executive, you will answer tickets, calls and chats to serve our customers. This could mean making changes to their policies, answering questions about the products we sell or collecting a payment . You’ll demonstrate excellent product knowledge, customer service and communication skills.
