Description:

Eversure Ltd has an exciting opportunity for an energetic person who wants to develop a career within the insurance industry and financial services. We are a rapidly expanding and ambitious digital insurance broker that currently employs 35 people in the UK. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who wants to join our customer service team and drive great service across multiple platforms.
As a customer service executive, you will answer tickets, calls and chats to serve our customers. This could mean making changes to their policies, answering questions about the products we sell or collecting a payment . You’ll demonstrate excellent product knowledge, customer service and communication skills.

The role offers a lot of opportunities for development which can be targeted to fit an individual’s goals, from a claim to a complaint perspective, or with more financial involvements.

  • Capacity to manage expectations and anticipate needs

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Educated to GCSE standard including Maths and English at level C or above.
  • Has undertaken (or is willing to undertake) relevant insurance training.
  • Good keyboard skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS APPRECIATED:

  • SalesForce case management experience
  • Spanish speaking

Responsibilities:

  • Taking incoming enquiries and prioritising your work
  • Dealing with customer requests in a polite and efficient manner
  • Ensuring compliance with the requirements of the firm’s own procedures and FCA regulations including the firm’s policy of treating customer fairly (TCF).
  • Maintaining customer records accurately and securely, in accordance with firm’s own record keeping requirements and following data protection law.
  • Working towards Key Performance Indicators.
