CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (EXTERNAL CONTRACT) As Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by effectively managing customer orders, addressing inquiries, and resolving complaints. To excel in this position, you should possess exceptional communication skills and have a strong customer-centric approach. YOU WILL VIBE WITH US Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Process orders, forms, applications, and requests. Respond promptly to customer inquiries. Communicate with customers through various channels. Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints. Know our products so that you can answer questions. Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints. Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. WE WILL VIBE WITH YOU A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Economics 2-3 years of experience as customer support Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (CRM) and MS Office Fluency in Greek and English (oral & written communication) Great communication, negotiation and presentation skills Ability and willingness to learn about solutions and benefits specifications Friendly personality Team player Priority and time-management skills
