SUMMARY
Reporting to the Customer Service and Fulfillment Supervisor, the Customer Service Representative I will process customer purchase orders, credits, debits, return material authorizations and associated activities accurately and timely. This role will be responsible for communicating professionally and timely with customers and internal teams regarding yearly pricing updates, customer contracts, pricing corrections, minimum order quantities, custom product status, engineering orders, marketing orders and samples.
