JOIN OUR TEAM Join our Customer Service Team as a Customer Service Representative (f/m/x) and help us deliver an outstanding experience to customers across Europe. With your strong attention to detail and commitment to service, you’ll make sure our customers receive exactly what they need – reliably and on time. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Provide professional and reliable after-sales support to our wholesale customers across Europe. Proactively identify customer needs and ensure outstanding service by responding quickly and effectively to inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting smooth order processing and on-time delivery. Support our internal sales team and external sales agents in their daily interactions with retailers – including order books, master data, B2B portal support, and account status updates. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with our customers based on trust and collaboration. Communicate confidently and appropriately across different languages and business cultures – by phone and email. WHAT YOU IDEALLY BRING WITH YOU Fluency in English and German; additional European languages are a plus. Strong communication skills and a proactive, hands‑on mindset. A service‑first attitude and enjoyment in helping others. Calmness and flexibility when things get busy. A reliable, detail‑oriented working style. Confidence with Excel and Outlook; ERP experience is a bonus. Previous experience in customer service or a similar role. A connection to the outdoor or sports world is great — but not required.
