Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toronto, Canada. As the face of our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for excellence in service. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services Handle customer interactions through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and in-person Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information to customers Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors when necessary Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer support and achieve department goals Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our customer relationship management (CRM) system Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience and suggest process improvements Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills Qualifications Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and empathetic approach Strong verbal and written communication abilities Exceptional listening and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with a high standard for quality and accuracy Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including CRM platforms Experience in retail or customer service preferred High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related field is a plus Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Comfortable standing for extended periods and occasionally lifting or handling objects Fluency in English required; proficiency in French considered an asset Team player with the ability to work independently when necessary Patience and composure in handling challenging customer situations Adaptability to changing priorities and workloads Additional Information Accommodation is available upon request for applicants and employees with disabilities.
