Fidelity Power Systems, one of the nation’s largest distributors of Kohler Generators and Power Systems, is seeking a seasoned Operations Coordinator (CSR) to join our growing team operating at our Richmond, VA office!

PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong and proven communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate and manage competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated sound problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent command of MS Office products, specifically Excel.
  • Knowledge of Generator equipment and parts preferred.
  • Ability to maintain routine that ensures daily, weekly, monthly tasks are performed in a timely manner.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Contact – Serve as the point of contact for all inbound and outbound customer service requests, navigating and troubleshooting situations in real-time.
  • Technician Management – Dispatch service technicians operating out of the office in a strategic and effective manner, allowing for optimal service coverage.
  • Sourcing - In conjunction with the Parts Department, finding spare parts and vendors to support generator service operations for routine operations.
  • Managing inventory – Oversee the inventory of raw materials and other goods in a collocated warehouse.
  • Tracking - Tracking and recording orders, and monitoring order expenses.
  • Ensuring quality - Ensuring that all products and materials meet company standards and are received and placed in the proper inventory location.
  • Determining replacement parts - Determining which replacement parts are required based on inspections, customer requests, or descriptions of malfunctions.
  • Preparing documents - Checking tenders and purchase order documents.
