Are you looking for a role where you can help people using your excellent customer service skills without being stuck in an office? Look no further! Haste Ltd are excited to announce that we are expanding our team, and we want YOU to be a part of our growth journey.
We pride ourselves on offering outstanding career opportunities that not only provide competitive starting salaries of £28,730, but also open the door to personal and professional development.
About the role:
The cost of living crisis has affected at least 57% of UK households, causing strain on paying even the most essential of bills. In turn, this puts pressure on utility companies to gather outstanding amounts. At Haste, we pride ourselves on quality customer service and putting people first. Whilst this role does fall under the debt collector umbrella, the way we handle customers in despair is always with the upmost respect and care.
The crisis has also had an effect on businesses, who we will also aim to assist in a similar fashion.
Your role will be to visit and assist these people to help them get back on track with their debts. You might be wondering what that looks like?
For some customers, that may just be a conversation where they feel safe enough to discuss their worries and piece their finances together, allowing them an opportunity to begin sorting through their income and outgoings and finding that they may actually have more than they realise. You can also help them look into additional benefits they could be entitled to, or assist them in speaking with their providers to find a more suitable plan.
The role will also involve visiting homes under warrant conditions when all other options have been exhausted. Even at this point, we’re still hoping to assist them in a caring way and help them find a long term resolution to their financial issues.
It is vital that you are able to assess their vulnerabilities and support them through their journey, whilst at the same time, supporting the requirements of our clients.
Full training will be given for this role. However, only those whom can offer exceptional customer service and empathy should apply.
When you join Haste Ltd., you’re not just an employee - you’re a valued member of our team. Show us what you’re capable of, and we’ll celebrate your achievements together!
We understand the importance of work-life balance, which is why we offer 20 days of annual leave (increasing by 1 day per year, up to 5 years), and your birthday off. We want you to feel appreciated and motivated to bring your best to work every day.
At Haste Ltd., we equip you with everything you need to excel in your role. You’ll have all the necessary tools and resources at your disposal, enabling you to focus on making a difference and driving success.
Ready to embark on an exciting new chapter in your career? Don’t miss this opportunity to join a company that truly values your expertise and passion. To learn more, simply apply and we will be in touch.
Agencies - we think you are great. However we are not looking to use agencies to fill these vacancies at this time. Thank you.
