We’re currently looking for a permanent Finnish speaking Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team!
International Färg AB is a global world leading protective coatings company. At our site in just outside Gothenburg in Sweden we have sales- and marketing offices for our three business segments: Marine & Protective Coatings, Yacht and Powder Coatings. Our site also manufactures protective coatings for bridges, wind turbines, sport arenas and more. International Färg AB is part of the AkzoNobel group of companies since 1998. On the site we are about 140 dedicated employees from more than 28 different nationalities.

Responsibilities

In the role of Customer Service Representative for International Färg, you will together with your nine colleagues, always ensure to maintain excellent service to our customers in Marine and Protective Coatings for the Nordic region. Your main tasks are:

  • Where appropriate contact agents and make necessary arrangements for delivery to an agent

    or direct to customers

  • Obtains adequate customer and product knowledge to find solutions for customer needs

  • Completes registering / filing / archiving of customer service-related documentation
  • Assures cooperation between customer service and field sales force regarding administration

    of customers’ orders.

  • Closely cooperates with the logistics function to maintain consistency in approach towards

    customer service in the organization.

  • Adheres to all applicable corporate as well as site policies/procedures regarding personal

    conduct/HS&E standards and acts in compliance with all regulations

  • To have daily contacts with stakeholders and colleagues in various functions in Europe

The position is a permanent role and you will be based at our site in Angered in Gothenburg. You will report to the Customer Service Manager Nordics.
