What We’re Looking For * High school diploma or equivalent. * Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a business setting. * Minimum 1 year of cash-handling experience. * Teller experience preferred (6+ months). * Familiarity with consumer lending products. * Strong customer service skills, including active listening and clear communication. * Experience recommending, selling, and referring financial products. * Solid understanding of compliance and fraud detection. * Ability to accurately balance a cash drawer. * Proficiency with computers, data entry, and multi-line phone systems. * Basic math and accounting skills. * Ability to remain in a stationary position for up to 75% of an eight (8) hour workday. * Ability to work occasional weekends and extended hours.
