ABOUT THE ROLE Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will join the Customer Service team at our Winnipeg, AB branch.  As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers with a variety of financial activities, like making deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, and cashing cheques.  As you get to know our customers, you will be able to help them identify some of their financial needs and provide them the best solution through FNBC’s products and services, while adhering to internal and regulatory policies and procedures. This is a full-time permanent opportunity located on First Nations land. ABOUT YOU You are a highly motivated individual who is passionate about providing a high level of customer service. You have a keen eye for detail and possess strong organizational skills. You are highly adaptable, professional and efficient and enjoys working with others!   YOU MUST: * have your high school diploma, GED, or equivalent;  * have strong interpersonal skills; be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure;  * use a calculator and computer; use Microsoft Office; stand for extended periods of time * experience with financial institution software systems preferred * cash handling, customer service, and/or sales experience preferred * have acceptable criminal and credit checks   We are passionate about creating an inclusive workplace and value and respect diversity of our staff.
