Job purpose and responsibilities:

  • order management (receive, process and verify the accuracy of orders from customers and ensures customer needs are met)
  • Ensure customer requirements are properly documented and communicated regarding the orders and logistics.
  • Supporting the Key Account Managers and Sales Representatives for Central Europe
  • Improving customer service procedures and ways of working
  • Handle complaints and other issues affecting customer orders, liaising where necessary with relevant stakeholders to solve order issues.

  • Close Co-operation with customers , consumers, Sales, Finances, Marketing

Experience & knowledge, languages needed

  • Fluent in Hungarian, communicative English

  • Working in SAP and Documents
