We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Representative to join us in supporting our customers across Central Europe. This position is based in Warsaw, Poland and reports to our Sales Operations Manager. The role is full-time and is hybrid. WHAT YOU’LL DO AT FISKARS Responsibilities: Receive, process, and verify customer orders to ensure accuracy and timely delivery. Communicate customer requirements clearly and ensure logistics are aligned to meet expectations. Support Key Account Managers and Sales Representatives in daily customer-related tasks and follow-ups. Act as a key contact for resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and order-related issues. Coordinate with internal teams (such as logistics, warehouse, and sales) to resolve order and delivery challenges. Document all order and service activities accurately for smooth tracking and reporting. Contribute to improving customer service processes and identifying more efficient ways of working. Ensure a smooth and professional experience for all customers across the Central European market. WHO YOU ARE Experience: B.Sc., M.Sc., or diploma with relevant experience; background in economics is a plus. Fluent in Hungarian and English; Polish is a nice to have. Solid computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Experience working with SAP and document handling systems Strong analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Team-oriented and enjoys working in a collaborative environment. Highly organized, detail-focused, and reliable in daily operations. Comfortable working in a dynamic, international setting and adaptable to change.
