CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Term of Employment: Temporary, Full-time, Fixed Term Contract
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm
This position participates in Evening, Saturday, and Statutory Holiday schedule rotation.
Reporting To: Customer Care Manager
Location: Wallenstein

• General Excel and Microsoft Access knowledge
• Ability to learn various software programs
• Able to problem solve and think critically
• Self-motivated and positive attitude
