We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position plays a critical role in supporting our customers, sales partners, and internal teams by ensuring accurate order processing and timely communication. Position Summary The Customer Service Representative is responsible for accurate order entry, customer communication, and coordination with both internal departments and our overseas factory partners. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintains exceptional attention to detail, and demonstrates strong communication and organizational skills. This is an on-site position located in Flemington NJ. Requirements Key Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and timely manner Accurately enter customer orders with a high level of attention to detail Assist customers with shipping status inquiries and order updates Respond promptly to customer service emails and resolve order-related issues Communicate with the factory regarding purchase order changes and container status updates Enter direct container orders and maintain accurate records Enter and maintain data related to factory chargebacks Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing Perform additional duties as assigned by management Qualifications Previous customer service or order entry experience preferred Strong data entry skills with high accuracy Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Experience with ERP systems (AX and Zoho) a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team
