About the Role As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional service while processing orders, managing customer enquiries, and supporting daily administrative activities. You will work closely with multiple departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and contribute to sales and margin growth through product promotion and proactive customer engagement. Key Responsibilities Process customer orders and enquiries efficiently while providing informed, proactive support. Promote the full CCC product range and identify cross‑sell and upsell opportunities to maximise sales. Build strong, trustworthy relationships with customers and team members Maintain current product knowledge through ongoing training and development. Adhere to company policies and procedures while consistently striving to exceed customer expectations. About You You are a customer-focused professional with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service. Skills and Experience Previous experience in hospitality or food retail is highly regarded. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and reprioritise effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines. Proactive, adaptable, and able to perform well under pressure.
