Customer Service Representative
Fleet Management Company (FMC)
This position is a critical member of the Mike Albert Fleet Solutions (MAFS) support organization, responsible for managing and executing client service requests with precision, speed, and professionalism. This role ensures resolution of client inquiries within defined service levels while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and client satisfaction. The CSS II interacts with both internal and external clients and must demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, collaborative instincts, and a client-first mindset.

CLIENT EXPERIENCE & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

  • Represent the MAFS brand with professionalism, urgency, and empathy in every client interaction.
  • Participate in feedback loops by identifying recurring service issues or inefficiencies and suggesting process improvements.
  • Support a positive, team-oriented environment that values client outcomes and service excellence

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Ability to work 9am-6pm schedule
  • Minimum of two years of experience in client service, operations, or administrative support role
  • Fleet or automotive industry experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Client Relationship Management/ticketing or workflow management platforms.
