ABOUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE ROLE:

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be at the forefront of connecting customers with cutting-edge telecommunications technology and tailored customer service & outreach plans to meet their needs by:

  • Achieving and exceeding sales goals.

  • Assist customers in selecting telecommunications products, services, and accessories that suit their lifestyle
