QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in customer service or sales is an asset.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and results-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic CRM systems.
• Knowledge of a second language (French or others) is an advantage.

• Handle incoming calls and emails from customers, assisting with orders and inquiries.

• Receive, verify, and enter orders into the system.
• Resolve issues related to deliveries, product availability, and billing.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Keep customer databases accurate and up to date.
• Prepare reports and provide feedback to management.
