We produce butter and ice cream, now offering over 80 different flavours of ice cream, sorbet, sherbet, and soft serve. THE ROLE:
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will professionally engage and interact with stakeholders, customers, and prospects to provide information, support, and the highest standard of customer service on an ongoing basis. This position is responsible for the efficient managing of visitors, customers, telephone calls, messages, and mail. They are the main contact for Customer Service for all customers across Western Canada. The CSR is accountable for solving customer concerns, inquiries, processing transactions, and a variety of administrative duties in the daily operation of the Foothills Creamery (FHC) business.
