Account specific roles and responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients, healthcare providers, and insurance representatives regarding diabetes supplies, order status, billing inquiries, and product information. Provide guidance and education to patients on diabetes-related supplies such as glucose meters, test strips, lancets, and other prescribed products. Coordinate with billing, insurance verification, and order fulfillment teams to resolve issues related to orders, insurance coverage, and shipment delays. Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets including call handling efficiency, productivity, quality assurance scores, and customer satisfaction metrics. Ensure confidentiality of patient information and comply with company policies as well as healthcare regulatory standards. At least 6 months of BPO experience handling a Voice/Blended account US healthcare insurance experience is a PLUS Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Willing to work onsite in Buendia, Makati Amenable working night shift What can we offer you?
