Key Responsibilities: * 处理客户咨询和售后服务需求，及时解决客户提出的需求和问题，及时跟踪进度，确保客户满意度和忠诚度。 * 负责维修中心客户仪器和内部仪器的服务计划，密切和维修工程师/Logistic团队/销售团队合作，根据内外部客户的需求和服务中心能力情况，进行服务工单的发布，分配和状态跟踪，确保仪器按照客户的期望准时完成服务。 * 充分利用资源（维修团队，物料计划和进出口物流等），及时调整和更新服务工单的完成时间，确保按时完成服务并持续满足内外部客户的期望。 * 负责管理和服务计划相关的Location，确保在TAT内完成操作。 * 负责管理委外和返美/国外服务的仪器过程，包括但不限于配合Fluke WGQ完成仪器的出口／再进口的工作，管理海外维修中心和委外供应商，制作相关文件和单据，协调内部物流过程，更新和跟踪服务过程及供应商付款等，确保仪器以最短的TAT完成服务。 * 负责服务团队所需的物料需求计划、采购、进口、验收以及物料库房保管，包括并不限于对物料进行管理、定期的盘点等，确保物料支持满足客户交付的时间要求。 * 创建和优化客户服务和运营计划的流程和标准作业。 * 定期盘点内外部客户的仪器，确保实物和系统信息一致。 * 维护和管理备机使用流程，根据内部信息和客户需求，为客户提供备机服务。 * 负责服务计划相关主题的报告、总结和分析，并建立日常管理和可视化管理。 * 作为运营团队的窗口，接待客户上门送修仪器，及时和团队沟通和推进服务过程需要的各种信息。 * 支持其他关于业务发展和公司运营的工作。 Job requirements 1.大专以上或同等学历。 2. 2~3年以上客户服务和运营计划相关工作经验。 3. 需要具备一定的物流及进出口知识和经验，有报关行或货代工作经历优先 4.熟练使用Excel，Word，Outlook, PowerPoint等，有Oracle,或其他ERP系统知识者优先考虑 5. 熟练掌握仪器维修服务流程。精通和了解维修服务计划相关的领域 6. 具有高度工作热情，主动性强，沟通能力强，善于接受和学习新鲜事物 7. 良好的的英语能力。 8. 必须具备较强的问题解决和分析能力以及人际交往能力，并能在压力下有效地工作。 9. 注重细节、主动性和逻辑思维。 Fortive Corporation Overview Fortive’s essential technology makes the world stronger, safer, and smarter.
