Description
We are looking for CSRs to join a fast growing Fraud account in Taguig City. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to valued clients through effective communication, problem-solving skills, and customer profiling. Key Responsibilities Protect customers and reduce fraud while maintaining a positive experience. Review accounts, transactions, and patterns to detect and prevent fraud. Identify trends that separate legitimate vs. fraudulent activity. Handle calls regarding potential fraud and confirm activity with customers. Use internal and external tools to determine if activity is fraudulent. Solve problems, find root causes, and recommend solutions. At least a High School Graduate Must have at least 6 months of solid BPO experience Must be conversant in both spoken and written English Amenable to work fully on-site in BGC Taguig Amenable to work on shifting schedule Can start ASAP
