Description

The successful candidate will start out learning the Administrative function, and then you will receive comprehensive training to build your skills in delivering excellent customer support. This is a great opportunity to start your career in customer service industry
You will work as a key member part of a the team to support our Customers.

Responsibilities
  • Initially, support the Customer Services Team by learning order entry, the administrative functions, and ad hoc calls
  • Recieve, review and input orders into the ERP system, ensuring accuracy of product codes, quantities, prices etc.
  • Distributing orders to relevant internal departments for production / dispatch.
  • As you learn, you will begin to assist customers via phone and email with orders, returns, questios and any complaints that may be received
  • Assessing invoice queries relating to pricing, discounts, quantities received.
  • Updating pricing on Hansa
  • Maintaining customer information
  • Related administrative duties
  • Contribute to team efforts to achieve related results
