Vanguard Logistics are currently seeking an industry experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Brisbane team. The successful candidate will have prior experience in international freight forwarding, preferably in import customer service however if you’re from an operations background and looking for a change, training can also be provided.

As the Customer Service Representative, you will be required to provide the highest level of Customer Service and ensure all options are researched to establish maximum profitability when preparing quotations and arrange import and export shipments on behalf of customers.

Essential duties & responsibilities as follows:

• Quoting Clients
• Liaising with overseas offices to arrange movement of customers shipments
• Creating and distributing order tracking reports
• Creation and distribution of customer import tariffs
• Provide support to Business Development Managers as needed
• Providing operations with required documents and rates
• Arranging third party shipments
