Description The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for customers and truck drivers at a warehouse. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, including warehouse supervisors and inventory staff, to ensure that merchandise and products are prepared and available for shipment or pickup according to schedule. The representative handles inquiries, resolves issues, and maintains clear and professional communication to support efficient warehouse operations. Duties and Responsibilities: · Interact directly with customers and truck drivers to coordinate order pickups, deliveries, and returns · Communicate with warehouse supervisors to ensure timely preparation and availability of products · Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing accurate information and assistance · Update order and shipment statuses in warehouse or logistics systems · Resolve product or delivery issues in a timely and professional manner · Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and transactions · Support general office and administrative tasks related to warehouse operations · Any task assign by leadership Requirements · High school diploma or GED · Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (warehouse or logistics environment preferred) · Strong communication and interpersonal skills · Basic computer skills: experience with warehouse or order management systems is a plus · Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and coordinate with multiple departments · Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
