The CSR will be expected to assess customers’ needs,  refer to the appropriate program resource, and recognize and respond to emergency situations. This position reports to an Assistant Manager.
Responsibilities
Provide customer and facility support at the Long Bridge Aquatics & Fitness Center by assessing customer needs and referring them to appropriate resources. The role also involves recognizing and responding to emergency situations while reporting to an Assistant Manager.
