We’re seeking a positive, detail-oriented professional to support order entry and business customer communication processes. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable navigating ERP systems, excels at data accuracy, and can provide positive phone interactions with business clients.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist visitors and maintain an organized, welcoming front desk space
  • Primary Focus: Data Entry
  • Accurately enter customer orders into ERP system
  • Assist in tracking and updating order status within the system
  • Support ongoing system process improvements
  • Secondary Focus: Phone-Based Support for Business Customers
  • Answer incoming phone calls from business customers requesting order updates
  • Provide time estimates and accurate information with a calm, helpful tone
  • Deliver high-level customer service without a set script
