  • Has 1-2 years experience in a customer service role, with eCommerce experience preferred (though not essential)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to talk to customers warmly and clearly
  • Confident using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, to support daily operations
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a solutions-focused mindset
  • Attention to detail, ensuring care and accuracy in every task
  • Continually seeking ways to refine and improve processes
