Job description:
We are looking for a candidate to help the customers by listening to their queries and assisting them accordingly.
Some of the roles, responsibilities and skills required are:
- Must speak HINDI/URDU and ENGLISH (Arabic is a plus).
- Excellent communication abilities, including written and verbal communication.
- Handle calls in a consistently polite, professional and efficient manner.
- Answer phones and messages, respond to customer requests and clarify the desired information.
- Follow-up on customer inquiries that are not immediately resolved.
- Take the extra mile to engage and help the customers.
- Previous call center customer service experience is required.
- Skills preffered: 3CX, Zendesk, FreshDesk, Bitrix24
Location: Al Barsha 1
Working Hours: 9 AM – 6 PM
