The Role:

• Customer Service working to provide updates and solutions to customers throughout the business
• Working using their internal CRM to support order input, placing, chasing etc.
• Full Training
• 37.5 hours a week - 1 in 4/6 Saturdays on Rota

The Person:

• Ambitious and looking to train into customer service
• IT Literate
• Commutable to Thornbury
