CUSTOMER SERVICES SUPPORT

Full time permanent position (6 months probationary period as normal)
39 hours per week with the following hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 8am - 4:30pm
- Friday: 8am - 3:30pm
Starting salary of £24,863 with bonus opportunities linked to KPIs.
Location – Office based

OTHER REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • SAP experience is an advantage although not a necessity.
  • Strong time-management skills.

  • Proficiency with office applications, and aptitude for learning new software and systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent team interaction skills.

Responsibilities
  • Day to day you will make and receive calls from FuseBox customers, providing tailored solutions with passion and pride ensuring optimum service levels are achieved.
  • Correspond with customers and internal support teams by email.
  • Problem solving – taking ownership of each and every query ensuring a speedy resolution, making a real, positive impact on our customers.
  • Accurately input orders onto SAP, create & send order acknowledgements and amendments.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments.
  • Ensure that the company’s processes and procedures are always followed.
  • Any other duties as reasonably required
