Join our dynamic Customer Experience Team (CET) in North Sydney, providing exceptional service to a wide range of B2B customers, including direct-to-clinic, grocery, and pharmacy wholesalers.
We’re looking for someone with at least 2 years of customer service experience – someone like many on our team: fast, strategic, and with a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality. You’re proactive, an independent learner, and comfortable navigating fast-paced environments. You’re driven to elevate the customer experience through genuine partnership with the purpose of deepening customer loyalty. You care about how customers work and think, and you’re eager to understand their needs while pushing forward, always curious and ready to explore new areas of the business.
