Overview ✅ Position Summary As a Customer Service Representative (German Speaker) you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end order process, ensuring accuracy and exceptional customer satisfaction. Your scope includes: Pricing administration Order entry Billing coordination Collections Problem resolution Complaint handling Master data maintenance Responsibilities 🔍 Your Responsibilities Ensure perfect order fulfillment and resolve issues promptly. Act as the key transactional contact for customers. Collaborate with internal teams: Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and Procurement. Maintain and update customer master data in SAP. Apply diversified pricing applications and process billing adjustments (returns, credit/debits). Document and follow up on internal and external complaints. Support sales representatives and managers with sales data analysis, reporting, and customer follow-up. Qualifications 🎯 What We’re Looking For College/University degree. Fluent German and English (both written and spoken). SAP knowledge is an advantage. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Customer Service experience is a plus. Precise, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure. Positive attitude, empathy, and accountability.
