The Advisor I, Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client’s product or services.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Answer and handle cases and errands from the main channels such as phone, chat, and mail.
  • Handle questions from B2C customers.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaints.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
