Description
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be a (female candidate from the Philippines).
Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in using computers and customer service software (CRMs).
Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required.

Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email.
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handling of customer issues.
Meet personal/team targets for customer service metrics.
