REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be a (female candidate from the Philippines).
  • Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in using computers and customer service software (CRMs).
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required.
