We cover North America with more than 20 000 employees. We are looking for an energetic and motivated full-time costumer service representative to support our growing business.
REQUIREMENTS
- We are looking for a candidate with a diploma in secretarial work, customer service, related studies or with one to two years of relevant experience in a similar position.
- To occupy this position, it is essential to demonstrate good priority management skills.
- We are looking for someone who is conscientious, competent in interpersonal relations, autonomous, motivated and with strong time management skills.
- Mastery of the Microsoft Office suite is required.
- Bilingualism, both written and spoken in French and English, would be an asset;
Responsibilities:
- As part of your duties, you will be responsible for a portion of customer service activities. More specifically, you will be responsible for evaluating customer needs, finalizing transactions, managing and following up on complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction and coordinating their needs in collaboration with the dispatching of operations.
- You will answer incoming calls and route calls as required. You will manage the customer mailbox.
- You will enter data in our computerized management system.
- You will also be called upon to ensure accounts payable follow-up, i.e. coding invoices, sending them to the head office and following up with suppliers.
- You will draft documents at the request of the general manager.
- You will manage internal mail.
- You will perform all other related tasks requested by the immediate superior.
