Christchurch | Full-time | Manufacturing / Operations We’re seeking a proactive Customer Service Representative to join our Christchurch glass manufacturing operation. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role supporting customers, production planning, and dispatch within a busy plant environment. What you’ll be doing Handle customer enquiries and phone calls professionally Enter orders accurately and manage urgent or non-standard requests Support daily production schedules, run sheets, and dispatch Communicate delays or issues and provide practical solutions Liaise closely with production, dispatch, and management Complete factory paperwork and admin accurately Support and follow all health & safety requirements What we’re looking for Proven customer service or admin experience Strong attention to detail and accuracy Confident communicator (phone and written) Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, LiSec, D365) Comfortable working in a manufacturing or operational environment Solutions-focused, reliable, and accountable Desirable (but not essential) Experience in glass, aluminium, construction, or manufacturing Ability to read technical drawings Why join us Stable, full-time Christchurch-based role Key position linking customers and production Supportive team and safety-focused culture Opportunity to grow within a manufacturing business
